President- Michelle Rushford
Michelle has a degree in Electrical and Electronics Technology as well as Project Management at GWU School of Business. She has more than 17 years’ experience in the roof moisture and electronic leak detection field. She has a substantial amount of sales, customer service and project management experience and is well established in the roofing/waterproofing industry.
Vice President- Michael Rushford
Michael has more than 30 years’ experience in the buildings trades. Experienced in construction, interior and exterior walls, roofing, painting, new construction and repair.
Lead Technician- Kris Rushford
Kris worked as an independent building contractor for 6 years before coming to National Integrity Roof Testing. Certified and fully trained Infrared and high and low voltage ELD Technician. Lead technician responsible for testing and training.
Technician- Kent Constantino
Kent has a strong construction background with more than 30 years working in the building industry. He is experienced in all aspects of construction, roofing, and sidewalls.
Marketing- Jessi Rushford
Jessi has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Vermont Technical College. She provides marketing materials and updates to our website.
Customer Relations Specialist - Sara Rushford
Sara has 15 years in customer service and sales experience. She has joined our team to provide her assistance and expertise in helping our customers with their roof testing needs.
